in 2019? What are you proud of? And maybe some of the highlights. Okay. Yeah, this was, I love doing

these episodes. Like we said, it just forces us to sit down and think about it and I actually took some

time this past weekend did my favorite early morning Starbucks session and I just like opened a

Google document and just listed like the year out all the good things the challenging things

Anyway, it was, it was just so nice.

Very therapeutic, right? It really was.

So here is what I came up with.

So to remind everyone, I did pick a word for the year and my word was flourish.

And what I meant by that, I wanted to lean into the good things that we already have going on in life and do more of those things instead of adding many additional things.

So I kind of broke my good stuff down into a few categories.

So in terms of family, I think we really noticed this year, the boys became noticeably easier to parent.
