2019 NBA draft is in the books that it was a fun one indeed a lot more activity than we saw last year

But where I want to start and I wouldn't normally do this

That's not usually the point of the show

But I have to admit that Zion and then RJ getting emotional in their interviews

Like kind of got me a little bit. That was just a good reminder for me of you know

All the times that we go through these guys film and we break them down as 18 and 19 year old kids and try to figure out

What they're going to be in in 10 years and mercilessly dissect their games that this is a night just to be happy for these kids

And they have a long way to go and I'm sure we're going to have a lot of argument not specifically about them

But just all the players who were drafted in some form of action of whether they're living up to expectations

Or whether they're worth the pick or whether they're good where they're going to be on the prospects list

That all that stuff but man that was that that one kind of got me a little bit it

I got to say I know Danny since you have no emotions. You have no comment there

No, I mean I love the draft because it's it's

The biggest moment for a lot of these guys. It's the biggest moment of their lives and for many of them

It's one of the biggest moments for their family and you think about how transformational it is and just getting picked by an NBA team is such a such a huge moment

I loved it. I've only covered the draft once it was the 2013

No, it was the Harrison Barnes and the Anthony Davis draft so that was 12. Yeah, I covered that draft and absolutely love the experience

I thought that it was you know because you get to see a lot of that more because it because of all some of it makes TV

Obviously, but some of it doesn't and it really is that and and we will have a lot of time

I'm really looking forward to summer league after everything that happened here

It's really what crystallizes my excitement even though we only scouted 12 of these guys

But yeah, it's a huge moment for them thrilled for not only the 60 but a lot of other players
