Remember, thoughts becomes feelings, become actions, become results.

So everything begins with the way that you think the

the words that you say in your head about yourself about the world about the way

you perceive the world you know one thing that we tend to do is we are consistent. So what we believe to be true, we will try to prove over and over and over again that it is true.

So even though one of your beliefs may not be correct,

we will shape and shift and distort our realities

to make ourselves right. And most people don't even know that they're doing it.

whoa I wanted to talk tonight about the power of our spoken word, the power of our spoken word.

What does that mean?

What does that mean? Are you aware of how very important your words are? How

important your thoughts are and how important your words are. Very important.

Now words, words, words, words.

We use them all the time and we babble away seldom thinking of anything.

We don't even know what we're saying half the time,

or how we're saying things and we

pay little attention to the selection of our words. You know as children we were

taught grammar. We were to select words according to their rules of grammar. However, I always found

that the rules of grammar continuously changed and what was improper at one time is proper at another time or
