0:23.9	from us. So in this episode, we want to share exactly how to get to that zero inbox. Oh, that was a
0:30.8	little scary because I had flashbacks to my first year of teaching when I did not delete a single

0:39.3	and then need it. So I had, we don't need to go there. I wasn't paranoid, but I was lazy and I
0:46.2	didn't do anything with them. No better, do better, right? Isn't that what they say? They do.
0:51.3	So before we jump into the episode, let's hear a TSA from Tanya who says,

1:03.6	I feel like they are never ending. I've heard you both talk about a zero inbox, but I am struggling
1:09.0	to make it a reality. Please help. Okay, so Tanya, first and foremost,
1:14.0	I just want to say that there are times when even our emails are not at a zero inbox. I know that
1:21.0	there are just certain weeks where things get busy and you just kind of drop the ball and it's like,

1:28.3	days this past week where I didn't even look at my emails. I probably should have had an away message,
1:34.5	but it just the things that were happening wouldn't allow for me to do that. So please don't think
