| 0:40.5 | And I will tell you that usually this is one of the busiest travel days of the year. |
| 0:45.4 | But of course this year is completely different because we're in the middle of a pandemic. |
| 0:50.2 | My husband and I actually have had a lot of long, very hard, |
| 0:55.5 | very difficult, very sad conversations about what to do. |
| 0:58.4 | So normally we would spend Thanksgiving with his family here in California |
| 1:03.1 | and we would spend Christmas with my family in Connecticut. |
| 1:06.7 | Now we already knew that Connecticut was off the table for Christmas |
| 1:10.7 | because I don't really feel very comfortable getting on a plane |
| 1:14.4 | at this point in the pandemic. |
| 1:16.5 | But we had been planning on seeing his mom and his brother's family for Thanksgiving. |
| 1:21.3 | And because we're in California we're really lucky because we can do things outside |
| 1:25.6 | and we can have meals outside even in the middle of November. |
