Welcome to the Loeb House Podcast where I'm about to inflict on my old boss, Bill Simmons, one of my 2014 grantlan.com fantasies, which is stealing your idea of redraftables.

But for a draft, I always wanted to redraft with you, which is one of my all-time favorite ones, the 2009 draft of Blake Griffin and Steph Curry and James Harden.

So Mr. Simmons, how are you doing?

Well, you know, when I did that piece in 2014 and I tried to redraft everything, Blake Griffin was the first pick, five years later, in the redraft.

And now he is not the first pick because Steph Curry and James Harden were also in this draft.

It's in it, how this draft has evolved over the last 10 years, you're right, your instincts were correct.

This is the best one to do, probably out of all of them.

Well, and it has also one of the all-time sort of earth shattering, league altering, mistake picks at number two with Hashim to beat who clearly we're going to redraft the top 14 swirler Hashim to beat is not going to make the top 14 and he went to Memphis, which frees Oklahoma City to take Harden and blah blah blah all the way from there.
