head that know they keep kind of going over the thing that we're most focusing on like

right now like the thing that is getting all of our attention and sometimes life gets

in the way and life you know happens and we start dealing with something that we have

to deal with and then that also can pull us off of what we're supposed to be focusing

on and then we feel like we're just stuck in that because we don't want to move forward

because we're dealing with this over here right so there's all of these different things

we have all of these you know opportunities and things that are happening in our life
