that finished in the bottom five in standings.

My feeling is if you finish in the bottom five of the standings,

you're probably meant to.

And if you did it for more than two years in a row, that's a tank. And if you did it for more than two years in a row, that's a tank.

And if you did it for more than three years in a row, that's a full tank.

And we'll dig in to the 20 teams that have done that since 2004, 2005,
