0:30.0	We begin in the Middle East this morning with an update to my assessment yesterday on Iran.
0:35.0	Now, if you recall, I said that we could see a war with the Islamic Republic
0:38.2	by the end of May if we don't get a peace deal. Well, as it turns out, that was a pretty darn good
0:44.1	prediction. Axios News is reporting that President Trump's recent letter to the Ayatollah gave that
0:50.0	Muslim leader just a couple of months deadline to negotiate a peace deal. The Iranians have to
0:54.5	abolish all elements of their nuclear weapons program from enrichment to the missiles. Otherwise,
1:00.0	it will be war with strikes by the United States, Israel, or both. So now looking at our
1:06.1	calendars, two months of negotiations starting now would take us to around mid-May with a possible war in late
1:12.1	May, which was my prediction. The Trump letter, by the way, was delivered to leaders of the
1:16.9	United Arab Emirates or UAE earlier this week. They then relate it to Iran. Axios is reporting
1:22.8	that the Iranian regime is now considering this letter and drafting their response. I'll keep you posted on that
1:28.4	as President Trump is ratcheting up the pressure on Iran's Houthi rebels this morning. NBC News is
1:34.2	reporting on some fresh strikes on the capital of Sana' that was yesterday, promising to completely
1:39.0	annihilate the Houthis. More to come on that looming threat of war with Iran. Hopefully not, but I'll bring you the latest very soon.
1:47.7	Next, we've got another type of war in the Middle East to talk about a war on drought.
