On the morning of Saturday, August 10, 1991, nine victims were found lying face down in

a circle in Wad-Kunaram, a Buddhist temple located in the rural town of Wad-El Arizona.

Twenty-one shell casings were lying on top of the bodies, under the victims in some instances,
