So as we did this investigation, we ended up finding three employees that look to have taken sales material

and classified by classified companies vital information and we're walking to a competitor with that piece

of information.

Now it's almost 300 days until they realized that they already been hacked or just that was an accidental data breach.

So education, I have to say, is the key to help protect understanding what is out there and helping your employees know what to not do, what to avoid.

Morgan Alexander, Chief of Cyber Forensics of the cybersecurity provider, Quantum Cyber Lab.

And I hope at the end you'll agree that he has an amazing background from military to NSA in the

US, then moving to Germany, where also had interesting roles

within the cybersecurity.

So in this episode, we tackled to the very important but often overlooked topic of employees

acting as insider threats in their own company.

But not only employees can act as insider threats, also customers or even partners can

have malicious intent.

While there is a number of many different motives that drive people to harm their own employer or partner,

there is one similarity.

Every one of those inside actors present a huge security risk for companies.
