This is CBSI on the world. I'm John Batchel with my good colleague Joseph Sternberg. He's in London.

He consumes the British news all the time on a variety of avenues, the radio, the TV, the street, the headlines.

Again and again and again, I read, I see, I hear migrants.

The migrants are coming.

How do they get to Britain?

There's a waterway that's very dangerous, the English Channel.

They cross in rubber rafts run by smugglers, and those rubber

rafts are unreliable. There's a lengthy report in the London Times in these last hours

calling the English Channel an open sky graveyard. They do not know how many people are lost in that crossing. And yet, you see the

solution right in front of you. France is a solution. They're launching from the beaches of France,

and these smugglers would not be hard to solve and detain and take away and cut off the lifeline. Why not? Is there an answer,
