Hey, and we're back here with episode two of Comic Geeks Speak.

Once again, I'm Brian. I'm Peter. And today,

we're going to talk about some things that haven't come out yet. But first, we're going to start

off filling you in a little more about ourselves. Last time we told you how long we've been

reading comics. Now we'll just kind of tell you where we read comics, how we got into comics maybe.

My story is real simple.

My best friend in sixth grade, his parents owned a 7-Eleven.

So they had comic book racks there.

And so he always had lots and lots of comics.

And one day I was over at his house and he showed me this wonderful comic that is still my absolute favorite comic.

It was Gru by Sergio Aronnes.

And I think it was about issue four at that time.

So it was right after the official Marvel run started.

There were some Pacific issues before that.

But the Marvel version from Epic imprint was issue four.

So I started reading Gru,

and I slowly worked my way into some Spider-Man comics

and just went on from there.

And so I was a Marvel guy.

It pretty much all breaks down to what you first read when you're a kid.

I was Marvel.

I know Peter is mostly D.C.
