full-length episodes because we have over a thousand videos on YouTube. We have

a thousand over a thousand because of shorts and clips and in

content that's wild it's I don't even know how many hours of actual content we've made at

this point you factor in what we've deleted, what has erred like technical issues, we've got to be well

over 400 hours of recorded content.

That's insane.

It's a lot.

It's a lot. That's a lot of hours. Isn't it 500 hours to master something?

10,000 hours. That's what it was. So that mastery of 10,000 hours, people don't really understand that. They always just say it takes 10,000 hours to

master something so that's not true right because if you're doing something

wrong you're gonna master it wrong. But the actual mastery aspect is at your current skill level.

In order for you to become a master at your skill level, it takes 10,000 hours.

But during that 10,000 hours you learn new techniques and new things so that 10,000 hours kind of resets. But when you look at 10,000 hours to master something that's 40 hour work weeks for five years.

Okay, 40 hour work weeks for five years.

So if you did something that, I'm sorry, does that include like breaks and vacations or is that that's five five work days 40 hours a week for five years
