Final hour bonus hour should make mention that it's actually Super Bowl week.

Man, what a dead ass Super Bowl week this has been.

It has kind of revealed if you just survey the national landscape,

how disinterested people are in the Seattle, New England rematch of yesteryear,

famously the Beast Mode game in which, for whatever reason, they chose to throw,

and their fate was sealed.

And it's funny because I saw on Media Day there that questions were asked, and I have to give

the guys from Bussing with the boys the podcast credit for it because McDonald was asked,

hypothetically, if you have its second in goal with 26 seconds to go down by

four on the one, would you throw it or run it there? And McDonald actually got the joke and

chuckled and said, do I have Marshawn Lynch? So anyhow, that was an incredible Super Bowl.

Actually, when you think about it, outside of the Super Bowl that New England was in,

in which they got absolutely pummeled by the great Chicago Bears team, really, even the loss to Green Bay wasn't terrible all those years ago with Parcells.

I guess if you think about it, most New England Super Bowls have been really competitive

and really good, like close and fun and down to the wire.

And one obviously turned out to have the greatest comeback of all time,

which, by the way, I watched a highlight reel the other day once again from the 28 to

three score to the end of the game.
