This week on the show, we begin our, I think this is our third novel of season two.

The other two were a short story in a novella, so I think this is technically our only

our third novel of season two.

We're talking about Stephen King's The Eyes of the Dragon this week

covering chapters one through 24 of the novel in which we are introduced to King Roland

the Good, King of Delane and his two sons, the perfect Peter and terrible Thomas. And of course,

Matt, our old good friend, Mr. Randall Flag. That's right. This is just full

of surprises for old Matt, not knowing what to expect walking into this and getting something

very unusual. Yeah. I mean, did you have any ideas at all going into this thing? Well, the only,

I mean, what I had heard is that it was sort of targeted at a younger audience,

which, well, we'll talk about it as we get into it, but I think that Syking has some strange ideas about what counts as being targeted at a younger audience.
