in a state of panic.

But before we get to Florida, let's start first in Germany.

That is where many of the world's leaders are gathered this morning to discuss global threats with the big focus this year on China.

To the point, FBI's director Christopher Ray was in the Bavarian City of Munich saying this week that Beijing

is quote poised to attack the United States and Europe using cyber weapons targeting critical

infrastructure like water, gas and electrical grids.

He told audiences in Germany that while this threat is not new, it has reached a new level that

neither he nor others in the U.S US or Europe have ever seen before.
