of the war in Ukraine and one of the consequences not anticipated was the

number of young Russians very well educated who left Russia at the first

mobilization or talk a mobilization and certainly are staying away at the

talk of the second mobilization and until you were in Yara Van and I'm told

from someone else who traveled there that there is a deal of Russian speakers

on the streets young people I'm told a number of businesses have been

organized founded in Yara Van and that the economy in Armenia shows it. I'm going

to guess it's the same for Tbilisi. I'm going to guess that it's the same in

Kazakhstan and other parts of what used to be the near abroad. Do you see it
