So I mentioned there are credible reports, including video of North Korean combat

troops in some fashion taking Russian Kit presumably headed for the front some

reports and they're credible in Seoul.

Bill, you have a question for John.

Yeah, John, have we seen actual evidence

of North Korean troops on the battlefield, or do we think that this is part of a North Korean

information operation?

Okay, so I think as John said, there is now pretty good evidence that at least some

North Korean troops have gone to Russia and are in the Russian Far East training

or at least receiving Russian uniforms, what have you,

how exactly they might be used in Ukraine.
