Now we go to NATO war.

Russia asserts Mr. Putin has said it repeatedly, that it is not fighting Ukraine.

It is fighting NATO.

NATO has attacked Russia, is the assertion.

NATO is not attacking Russia, but I mentioned that's the claim in Moscow and that's what's

told to the Russian people.

Within these last days, an incident, the cutting of two undersea communications cables.

Sweden and Finland are mentioned both members of NATO. There is a detention of a Russian

captain of a Chinese vessel that was at or near the cutting of the cables. Question mark.

Is this hybrid warfare? Mr. Putin has made statements about how the threshold of the cables. Question mark. Is this hybrid warfare?

Mr. Putin has made statements about how the threshold of using nuclear weapons has been lowered.

Threatening statements.

At the same time, there are random reports across Europe of disruptions of train traffic.

There are other threats.

For example, the London Telegraph says that cyber attacks are at

risk because Britain is now in the story with its storm shadows. John, I lay all this out because

there's no confirmation of any of it. At this point, does NATO believe itself being attacked

either kinetically or hybrid? What is the opinion in Brussels?
