What is to be done?

I welcome Professor Richard Epstein of the Hoover Institution, looking very carefully first at the national picture.

And then at the global picture of this ambition to move away from fossil fuels as fast as possible,

given the timeline we're given on global warming and towards renewables.

But in the same time, we have to take into account the pandemic has left the world's global, the world's recovery very much endowed.

And then we have the war in Ukraine limiting fossil fuel sources that exist in Europe.

And the Biden administration looking for alternative sources, however, Professor are very good even to you.

One of the alternative sources that the Biden administration has examined in their conversation is to allow the use of federal lands for leasing on fossil fuel extraction.

That's just one thing they've recommended.
