Nicole you've written very carefully about the city budget that we now understand is woefully,

overwhelmingly funded for the next year with issues that raise where the money is coming from.

I'm thinking of the failure of We Work, the better idea for how to gain office space that is now going into bankruptcy

chapter 11 pointing to the fact that many city landlords are now going to be short of the revenue that they were counting on and the

city counts on those landlords to pay taxes. That connects me to a column you
