Joseph the Center for Unmeeting and Briefing of the Routes of the Migrants is extremely

revelatory. You offer a graphic that tells me in easy form what I've learned the last

two years that the migrants come from the whole world, from Eurasia, from Africa, from

the Caribbean, from China, come from the whole world. And their passage is well known to

the traffickers. There are certain cities and countries that accept your entrance without

a great deal of fuss, I'm told. There are other countries like, for example, Haitians

have been known to fly to, I believe, Suriname. I'm not certain, but I think that you can

enter Suriname with a visa, with or without a visa out of the DR. So you cross into the

Dominican Republic and you fly to Suriname. You then can work in various countries in

many tests or something that requires attention every day through these last years in Chile

or Brazil or Colombia. Gather up your forces and then head to the Darian gap. What did

you learn from the briefing? Because I can just see the picture. What did you learn from

centerfront about these passageways? Are these all dominated by human trafficking gangs

or are these original pathways that migrants have established? Well, now they're absolutely

being dominated by human smuggling facilitators that are moving them all the way from the far

east in Asia to the Middle East to Africa into South America and taking the dangerous

trek up north through the Darian gap. There's two things that I think are the some level

being part of the poll factors that are bringing the migrants over to Latin America and up to

the US southern border. The one is the Lax visa process in three countries in particular.

One is Brazil, the other is Ecuador and then the other is Panama and those countries don't
