About nominally, we begin with South Africa making a charge against Israel that makes no

sense on the basis of the definition of genocide by the Convention of Genocide, the United Nations 1948.

So we look for other explanations.

We've talked about the Global South.

We've certainly talked about the bricks.

What about anti-Semitism. It would appear that anti-Semitism is not limited to France or to the

Arab world. It's everywhere and it's driving a great deal of prejudice in the United States on the

college campuses in Europe in the halls of Parliament and Peter I come to you on

this because I'm looking for an explanation for how many grown, how it is that

so many nations we assumed were balanced and stable and part of the liberal world order are

indulging themselves in the crudest of anti-Semitism and believing

the most fantastic lies about Israel.

Do you think about this now and again when you see these remarks by you assumed a well-informed politicians?

Yes, indeed, on the question of anti-semitism I actually worry that these days in addition to

parts of the Middle East, its most intense in the West and in the, we see a new, we see an intensification of anti-Semitism,

which in my view is driven by the teaching of destructive doctrines of settler

colonialism and other ideologies that have deep roots in the

American Academy,
