We come to a professor emeritus at Assumption University, Daniel Mahoney.

His piece is Tocville, that's the Frenchman whose essay examined America early on in its constitutionalism versus progressive democracy.

As I understand it, Peter, there is reason to believe that the experts, that the analysts,

that the state, is that correct? This is Mahoney's view and it seems to me correct.
