What is the status of the G-Hard?

ISIS, Al-Qaeda, and this group that I'm unfamiliar with, in Uganda, I've always presumed

Uganda was well defended and stable about the G-Hard.

I think that that statement that Uganda is well defended is somewhat still relevant,

although in recent years that the G-Hard has become more of a, you know, come out of

the shadows, if you will, and inside Uganda.

But this is not to say it just recently formed.

I think, you know, the Jihadi threat in Uganda is primarily from a group called the ADF,

the Allied Democratic Forces, which they swear loyalty, they swear loyalty to the Islamic

State, and the Islamic State recognizes them as their essential Africa province.

But I think to fully explain this, you know, we need to look at the history of the ADF,

which it was founded in the early to mid 1990s from the Tablighi Jammat here in Uganda,

as well as from other local Ugandan Muslim organizations that were sort of against the
