recruit that didn't exist kind of a crazy story last week that rivals and 247

somehow ended up listing a player and his scholarship offers and the player. He's a

real person but he's definitely not a 6-6-315-pound

offensive linemen with scholarship offers so David tried to get to the bottom of

what really happened there and let's bring him on now to talk about that story.

Tennessee Vols writer most of the time, but a story recently took place in his backyard there in Knoxville that really captured the college football world's attention and to his credit

Went out and tried to get to the bottom of what happened David David, first of all, how did you first hear about

Blake Carringer, the fictional three-star recruit that somehow fooled rivals in 247 and the Knoxville New Sentinel.

Well, so early last week, I think there was one or two local radio shows that had referenced

it.
