The Secret City begins as we discuss chapters 11 through 13.

Ralph recruits a new member to team insomnia, and they shoot some warblasts at Doctor number three.

Matt, what do you think of this week's reading?

Oh, this is just great.

We're just, we're going completely weird.

We're going like, like drawing of the three levels of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of,

you know, suddenly there are, there's, there's, there's, there's finger blasting.

There's, um, just going to keep saying, just say it as many times as possible today uh there's there's

creepy doctor number three and his and his just his whole thing um we really we really kicked

it off this week didn't we like it's been such a slow meditative story and then we just go straight

into like my favorite aspects of King's

weirdness today. Yeah, I was, you know, while I was preparing the notes, I was kind of

shocked at just how much happens this week. Like we really, we moved into a new section of the novel.

If there's this, this novel is divided into three parts and we're now in part two. And it feels

like we've definitely moved into a new act of the story and the things are accelerating a lot of stuff goes down this week and it's a lot of fun stuff i think you know you were kind of we talked last week about how you were kind of waiting for the content to show up and it wasn't and the interaction with bill kind of made you

think that things are going to be a little bit different this time around and then bam the section
