Yes, Democrats, I think you've got to give them their flowers for, like, effectively

maneuvering enough government funding through that, remember, we were saying, like, this

was their goal, and they were pretty clear about it and

Republicans let them do it. What they did is they got government funding for everything except

Homeland Security. And so then when Homeland Security came up, they're like, no, we're not doing

that. Partly, I think it's the senators and the House members were so proud of themselves for getting appropriations bills through regular order that they couldn't resist passing them through the House and Senate.

Because they haven't done that in like 20 years or something like that.

That's a wild theory.
