Police arrested Lincoln Man after a couple was threatened a gunpoint on Valentine's Day.

Officers took 25-year-old

Tatea MacArthur into custody Saturday evening after he's charged with a single felony count

of terroristic threats. Here's what he did. According to the arrest affidavit, a man and a woman

were walking across the parking lot to the Olive Garden along O Street. All right, fancy Olive Garden

Valentine's Day. I can no problem with Olive Garden.

As they were walking, someone driving a Toyota Corolla sped past, nearly hitting them,

according to police, the woman shouted to slow down, and the driver identified as MacArthur,

extended his middle finger.

More words were exchanged before MacArthur pulled out a handgun, pointed at the couple from the driver's seat and told them to back up before they get shot. Here's where the really dumb-ass part gets, because that's dumbing up. The man pulled the woman into the golf garden after the incident, and MacArthur parked in the food pickup stall. He was there to pick up food.

Officers contacted him, so he just waited for his food.

So officers came to the Olive Garden, and he denied pointing a firearm at them,

but officers found a handgun under his seat, and the one was able to identify it as a weapon that was pointed out of, blah, blah, blah, blah.

McCarler's arraigned Tuesday with a bond of $10, $50,000. His court date is set for March 16th. Has anybody picked up his food yet? It's probably still sitting there. He looks like it's an average 25-year-old dude from Lincoln, basically. You've got to make his choice there. Do you want your fetichini or do you want to wave your gun around?
