Starting for the Yankees, Fritz Peterson will be going for his sixth win of the year, Fritz has won five and lost four.

One of his losses was to the athletics out in Oakland,

and he'll be opposed by the big right-hander Jumbo Jim Nash. Nash this year has three wins, one defeat defeat and this will be his first

start against the Yankees in 1969. Although Nash has won 40 games and lost 32 in

his brief American League career, his record against the Yankees has been only one win and four losses. Two of those defeats last year.
