It's time for game two of the World Series, but the big factor in Minnesota at the moment is the weather.

Ever since we left, Metropolitan Stadium yesterday, we've had rain.

It was supposed to stop around noontime, and it did let up for a while.

The field was cleared pretty well, but we have showers coming down again, and the field has been covered once again.

Joe and I were down in the dugouts a little bit ago, and I'm sure that Commissioner Baseball, Mr. Ford Prick,

wants in every way to try to get this game underway.

And it appears now there will be a delay, although I noticed Sandy Kofax, who is slated to pitch today,

has gone to the bullpen and is now warming

up.

So rain has been a big factor.

First of all, they've had helicopters out here hovering over the field to try and dry it out.

The infield is in pretty good shape.

And if it doesn't rain very much more, I'm sure that we will get it underway.
