Do Nothing. I'm gonna struggle with this one because it's hard for me to do nothing.

And I know it was hard for you. Yeah. So what start when did you realize you needed to quote unquote do nothing?

I was getting sick all the time and I'm a healthy person and I think I was lying in bed just I mean how

rare is it to be so sick that you are actually bedridden right like where you get exhausted when you get up, right? That kind of bronchitis?

That almost never happens and yet it happened to me like two or three times in a period of nine months.

And I was like, yeah, I'm about to kill myself. That's what's going to happen here. And so, you know, it's funny, this didn't start out as a book, it started out as a problem-solving research trip

where I just tried to figure out what was going wrong and I realized I had to make some changes or die.

That's basically how serious that was, yeah.

So give us an idea of what did a day in the life look like for you back then?

Were you ran yourself into the ground?

So I was still hosting a daily radio show at that point.

So I'd have to get up at 4.30 in the morning.
