Hello, my beautiful beans and welcome to today's episode. So this episode is all about showing up for

yourself. A couple of episodes ago, I did a whole ep on showing up for other people and the

importance of showing up for other people. So I actually think it's really good to listen to these two

episodes together. So one doesn't have to come before the other, but I think

it's really good so you understand the contrast of the two, because it helps you be a better

friend, a better partner, a better, you know, person in society in general, and you gain from

that. But also understanding the difference between showing up

for somebody versus putting everyone before you because there's a massive difference, okay?

And ideally, if you do both properly, then you're going to feel a whole lot more, well,

happier in general, but you're going to feel more well-rounded. You're going to feel like you've filled up your cup

before you're going up and filling other people's cups without feeling like you're leaving

other people in the backburner or feeling like your actions are selfish. A lot of people feel
