Hello, my beautiful beans. Welcome to today's pep talk. So today's pep talk is about being at ease

with the outcome. Being at ease with any outcome is something that you want to master as soon as

possible. It will make your life so much easier. It will make your life so much more enjoyable.

You'll become someone who enjoys the

processes more than the outcome, regardless if you get the outcome that you want or you don't want.

Okay? You never want to be in a position where you're telling yourself that you cannot handle

the other outcome of what it is that you're striving for. If you say, I need to win gold in this,

I can't have any other, any other outcome. What's going to happen if you don't achieve that

gold? What are you going to say to yourself? What are you going to believe about yourself? How are you

going to take it? Okay. You can always handle an outcome, whether it's good or bad so don't tell yourself otherwise if you're

in a situation where you think i have to have this exact outcome and no less then a few things are

going to happen firstly you're not going to enjoy the process because you're going to have one

outcome in mind and you're going to feel like there's this strong

lack of control because there is. You can only control certain aspects of things, but in almost

everything in life, there are external forces at play that you have no control over. So to think

this is the only possible outcome would be to lie to yourself or to set yourself up for a lot of pain or suffering.

The second thing that will happen is that you're going to start basing everything around fear.

You're going to fear not having that outcome because you're pinning so much on that outcome.

A lot of your identity starts to get pinned to that outcome because you have to have it.

It's part of who you are.

You kind of have this like laser focus but not in a good way because you think

nothing else is an option and I can't fathom not having that outcome.
