How's it going, babes? Sorry for my absence last Friday. I was just recharging a little vacay, babe. One of my favorite things that I did while I was on vacay. She was actually on my drive back. I was listening to Let's Talk to Lucy, which I've told you guys about before. It's that podcast that was actually a radio show that Lucy all ball did back in the 60s, I think 1964.

Probably was CBS because that's who she was signing to at the time, but she would interview friends and just cool people that were industry people, not always cool. Some, some people that have pretty bad reputation. Like, head of Hopper. I was listening to that one and head of Hopper if you don't know. She was this gossipy journalist back in the day.

And just not not great, but the conversations are great. It's such an interesting show to listen to and you really get to hear a different side of Lucille ball. I don't know if I've talked about on here. I watched the being the Ricardo's that new movie that was on Amazon Prime that starred in Nicole Kidman as Lucille ball. And I went into it with a very low expectations. But overall, I thought it was pretty good. You definitely hear the accent sneak through a timer too.

But who am I to critique? Who am I to judge? Because I know how it feels to be on the receiving end of it. I am judged every damn week with what I say. Why can't you people just let me live? No, I love it. Listen, I'm a big believer. And if you put it out, you need to also be able to take it.

That's not how you say that. Go ahead, critique it. Critique me. I'm dead. I told you guys I saw scream. What else? What else? No, okay. I think that's it. But I'm recharged. Okay. Relaxed. Recharged. I'm back. I'm stronger. Ready stronger than ever. Ready to fight my way through these wild little leader emails. On Monday, we talked about Ricardo Lopez on cold leader aka the Bjork stalker. And you guys, I'm not kidding.

I don't know if a story has ever fucked me up so much. Maybe it's the video footage. But it was just stressing the night after I recorded that one. I was just up thinking about it. Could not get it out of my head. Could not get the image of him out of my head. It's so awful. But also, it gave me an idea. I was like, I thought maybe in this week's little leader would get into a few more bizarre celebrity stalker stories. So yeah, in. Hope so. Cause words they would have.

But I'm going to be short and sweet with these ones because Monday's title, if you noticed, it was obsessed. Bjork obsessed is going to be a new series kind of like the list episodes, but all obsession stalker themed. So you'll be, you'll be seeing some more obsessed episodes coming up. So if you're like, why did he not talk about this one? It's probably going to be on one of those obsessed episodes.

We'll start with Queen B Mrs Carter, Ms. Beyonce Knowles, where rise up beehive. This one is actually wild and the stalker was a man named Basie Sien. And he put the crazy in crazy in love. I really worked on this. This started in 2009. Beyonce started receiving just insane mail from this obsessed fan who believed that she had killed the real Beyonce.

And was merely an imposter. Some real QAnon illuminati type shit, which by the way, I'm reading a book on QAnon right now. And I cannot wait to talk about it because QAnon is one of the cultiest cult you could ever imagine.

So anyways, this obsessed fan, this Basie guy, he actually got to meet Beyonce when she came to London on one occasion. He didn't want a picture. Didn't want an autograph. He simply wanted to hand over a book of religious writings that he had put together.

He was constantly trying to get in touch with the singer via email, via written letter, that in-person confrontation. Oh, and he also tried multiple times to sneak past security at her concerts, which led to Beyonce eventually developing a fear of traveling to London because of this guy. She was scared that he might eventually be successful in his attempts to thwart her security and actually reach her.

She'd already had that one close call in person. Eventually her team took legal action against Basie and won an anti-hersman order in the high court, which prohibited Basie from bothering her.

I can't tell if it's Basie or Basie. This was after at least two years of attempts to keep him away. Basie didn't take it too personally, claiming that the only reason he lost the case in court was because of a lack of support from a legal team.

He said, I didn't have legal aid to help me with my case. I had to defend myself. And then my favorite part, he says, there's more to this than meets the eye, which to me just alludes to the fact that he still fully believes Beyonce is an imposter. Wild, another famous singer, Miss Taylor Swift, had her fair share of stalkers, but Julius Sandrock takes the cake.

This was in 2018. Julius actually drove all the way from Colorado where he lived to Beverly Hills, California to Taylor's LA home.

He put on a mask, grabbed a knife, and approached the singer's house. She luckily wasn't there at the time, which, thank God, because in his car they found rubber gloves, a knife, ammunition, rope, and several other masks.

In addition to the moita weapons, they found several medications for bipolar disorder, as well as obsessive compulsive disorder.

And this was a dangerous guy. It was actually probably really scary to learn afterwards that he had been on probation for get this firing a rifle at a man back in Colorado a few months prior.

So, you know, thank God she wasn't home, but she's been through the fucking ringer with stalkers, and when in her view she said that she actually carries army grade bandages with her for gunshot or stab wounds, because quote, if you get enough stalkers trying to break into your house, you kind of start prepping for bad things, which is just a really scary way to live.

I know on the end of the Bjork episode I was like, you know, not everyone has a luxury of having secure houses or living in secure buildings, but I mean, it's definitely doesn't mean that it's easy to be famous.
