about yourself and your background. Yeah. So I graduated from the University of Buffalo with my

doctor or pharmacy about 15 years ago. And my

background really started with publishing on medications. And I was seeing actual patients at the time. So I was a

clinical pharmacist, also a specialty pharmacist. And at a certain point, medications only did so much for

my patients. So I started to learn about nutrition,

nutraceuticals, et cetera. And also a lot of my patients were coming in, not feeling good on the low

salt diets that their doctorate had put them on. And so that also drove me to kind of research

more about salt and put out that book. And I then got a position at St. Luke's Mediviric Heart Institute as a cardiovascular

research scientist. And my sole duty was to be, we just dig into the literature and publish. And so

that's what I did for 10 years. And through that knowledge, I also wrote a bunch of health books.
