0:00.0	And explain to us what a fly team is, FLI, right? Yep. So basically it was like the flyaway team initially,
0:07.2	but the initial concept of it was when something explodes overseas terrorism event to you jump on
0:14.4	an airplane and go and manage that and push forward the investigation and everything. But what we found
0:19.8	was if you do that, you're way behind
0:21.6	the curve. You're not there for a day or so. So that didn't work. What it evolved into was us being
0:27.8	prepositioned in places that were basically, so there wasn't a lot of U.S. presence, but we needed
0:35.0	to be there because stuff was blowing up that was impacting the U.S.
0:38.1	And our job was to make connections with the local intelligence and law enforcement so that we're in with them. I've asked you this before if you knew Dale Watson.
1:01.7	He was the executive deputy director of counterterrorism back at that.
1:05.8	And I think Dale retired in 2002.
1:10.1	Yeah, it was a name that I know I'm familiar with.
1:12.3	I know I've seen it on stuff, but I definitely didn't know him.
1:16.0	He's a, in my book, he's a stud.
1:17.9	He was on episode 173 here on Game of Crimes back in December of last year on December 2nd.
1:24.4	But he was the lead of CT, counterterrorism, when 9-11 happened. And poor guy, he still
1:31.7	carries that weight. He still carrying that burden. That would be a lot. He's one of the
1:36.7	sharpest men I've ever met. I mean, just we, we worked together on a, we did a Booz Allen contract
1:41.7	together. Actually, it was still Team 6. We were going down to Damneck, Virginia, teaching a three-day course, but it wasn't anything tactical.
