0:04.3	Michael, I have to say that one thing that's really interesting for me and for my listeners
0:09.0	is that I and I think probably a lot of other people will build a business have this belief,
0:13.5	especially in the last five or ten years, brands need to attach to it an identity,
0:19.6	you know, to a person. And you were one of my very first guests ever on my podcast,
0:25.1	and I've been a longtime listener and fan of yours. I was a fan of social media examiner
0:29.9	before I even knew who you were. And that's why I had to bring you on the show because I love
0:35.7	introducing experts, guests to my listeners who are doing things outside of the box.
0:42.3	Not according to the way everyone says it's supposed to be done. And what you've done at social
0:46.9	media examiner is the perfect example of that. So my question in that build up is this,
0:52.1	how did you know it was going to work if it wasn't attached if the brand didn't begin
0:58.8	at least initially by attaching itself to an individual? Well, first it's a pleasure to be back
1:04.0	on your show. You are a superstar when it comes to podcasting. I just want to let you know,
1:08.9	you have a gift when it comes to asking questions and it's just amazing to listen. So,
1:14.2	kudos to you. Thank you. How did I know? So here's the deal. I once was known in a different
1:20.2	industry that comes as you know with some baggage, Shilline. So when the brand is all built around
1:26.5	you as the person or the celebrity of the brand, it does make it difficult to scale the business.
1:34.5	And it also does make it hard for you because everybody wants a piece of you. And you know that
1:42.4	to be true. Am I right? No, for sure. But it works, right? Especially if you have the right kind
1:46.8	of personality and the right kind of energy and people like what you're saying. The flip side of
1:52.0	it is, is it possible like you said to create something that doesn't have a personality behind it
1:57.0	that just kind of has the life of its own? And I think it is, but is the key word here. But you have
