Welcome aboard Imagination Skyway, your grand podcast tour of the magic. I'm your host, Matthew Kral, and in today's

episode, we're going to head over to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa to enjoy 1900 Park

Fair. This restaurant was the go-to breakfast buffet for my family when I was a kid. My parents loved coming here and then

just hopping on the monorail over to the Magic Kingdom for a day filled with magic and fun and

family. And when the restaurant closed during the pandemic, I was anxious to hear when it was going

to reopen. And it's taken a few years, but I was of course excited like so many other Disney

fans to hear that the restaurant was going to be reopening this spring and did reopen

in April of 2024, reopening for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a cast of new characters,

a new theme, and some of the old decor and history that we love from

the restaurant, including Big Bertha, the organ that's in the middle of this restaurant.

That was an opening day restaurant for Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.

And so I headed back on this previous podcast trip to return to this breakfast buffet and

experience it not only with my cousins, but also with all of you to help to give you an

idea of what this restaurant is like for breakfast.

Of course, you could go back for any of those three meals.
