Whiskey. Kate Hopkins, who runs a website called Accidental Hedonist, has come up with a distinctive way to explore the land of whiskey and meet its people.

They love to espouse how much whiskey means to them, both in Ireland and in Scotland.

Kate has toured dozens of distilleries in search of what she calls the perfect shot.

There's literally a whiskey for every season.

There's a whiskey for winter, there's a whiskey for summer.

The vast flavor that are available to the public, to the consumers consumers is larger than most people realize.
