These camps, you know, they're great.

I love every second of them, but they are exhausting.

Which I think they should be.

You know, if they, you should be putting a whole lot into them from, you know, both you and I's perspective.

And then the athletes put a lot into them as well

so as it's uh it's weird it's like them they're incredibly energizing but also exhausting all at the

same time yeah yeah i feel it's not a bad exhausting it's just you invest a lot of mental

emotional and physical energy and and that's what you're going to get in
