I'm Erin Scala and here's our show today. Oh, So if you're listening from the Northern Hemisphere, the hottest days of summer are

upon us and I wanted to see what people are drinking to keep cool this summer.

So I hit the streets and this is a sampling of what's hydrating the nation right now.

In a hot summer day, there is nothing more refreshing than a glass of chilled rosé.

Currently my favorite is the Arno Roberts Chiriga Nastinale rosé, but I am of course open to suggestion.

I love the Dorian it's a white wine from

Delphos Buenary. Coconut water ice cold coconut water. I like a sample of

variety of cold drinks. Last night I had an unfiltered chilled sake and I've been

drinking a lot of cold beers, IPAs and loggers and things of this nature.

Some lovely sparkling local hard cider.

Muscaday is always a winner.

What are you drinking this summer on the hottest days?

Lemon Time Collins.

It's a version of the Tom Collins drink.

It has a little time flavor with the lemon time syrup,

which is a simple syrup infused with essence of lemon and the herb time.

This summer, I've been cooling off with Proseco and Italian rosés.

I drink watermelon.
