Merry Krampus Eve everyone, I know. Okay, it's traditionally celebrated in early December. We learned on Monday, but in my heart, I believe that if you wish with all your might, you can still hear his hooves and maybe human foot on your rooftop.

A slithering beast right in dirty with Santa Claus to come eat your bad children inundated with messages, emails, everything you guys tagging me and stuff with all of your Krampus outfits with your Krampus experiences. And I just love it so much.

Now listen up, we're taking next week off. Alright, so we will resume regular programming on January 3rd. I didn't even know that I had scheduled this week blocked off and everything, but I did. It's a don't be mad. And we're actually recording live. It is the morning of December 24th right now. Pretty early. I've been in early riser lately and here's why.

My Christmas was canceled. It's true. Not because of Krampus or any other hoved beast, but because of that little monster known as coronavirus, one of my family members came back positive. And I was going to drive up actually either last night or this morning.

And then someone tested positive and we were like, you know what, let's just save it because I was just with my family last weekend. And then I'm going to hopefully be seeing them for new years.

We are all backst in boosted, which is, you know, great. But we have had scheduled for a while to do New Year's Day at Disneyland. So I'm hoping that we're still possibly able to do that.

Speaking of the booster, I want to give a quick recount of my experience for those of you that don't follow me on Instagram or anything like that. I posted some stories about it. But I, as you all know, have health anxiety.

And when it comes to the vaccine, I got the vaccine pretty early on. I got an as soon as it was available. It'll make you feel better. Don't worry. If you also have health anxiety and you're listening, you're like, what's he going to say?

I got Moderna for my first two shots, first shot, nothing, maybe sore arm, second shot. I did get kind of sick, not super sick. But I was definitely laid out for a day or two.

With the booster, I scheduled my booster for seven o'clock at night because I was like, hoping maybe I could just sleep it off. I had to record that night at eight. So I got my booster.

We were corded, obituary, everything was fine. Went to bed, woke up fine, had a little bit of a headache throughout the day, the morning after. And then I started in the early afternoon, just getting kind of achy.

You know, when your skin just feels kind of uncomfortable. And I was super tired. But around three o'clock, I took a nap and I fell asleep for three and a half hours. And you guys know at this point, I hate a nap.

But woke up from it and I felt totally normal, felt great last night. I felt 100% this morning. So if you're nervous about it, I know everyone has different experiences. But I feel like it's always nice to hear a positive experience.

So I am feeling good, feeling good. And we'll be, you know, just doing a quiet Christmas this year. And hey, I'm okay with it because it's been a crazy month of just moving and working.

And doing this, doing that. So I'm actually of all the years for to not do Christmas. I'm okay doing the bare minimum this year. But hopefully you guys that celebrate. I know I've talked about Christmas a lot this year.

I know not everyone celebrates Christmas, not to generalize. I hope everyone's had a nice holiday and gotten to do their holiday things. And those of you that celebrate Christmas, I hope you have a nice, safe Christmas with your family, friends, loved ones.

Whoever you're celebrating with your dog, your cat, your campus, long story short, very long-winded story short. Because I'm taking next week off, I thought I would make today's little leader extra special.

So what I was working on Monday's campus episode, I came across some other bizarre creepy Christmas traditions and whatnot. So I thought it might be fun to talk about a few of them before getting into listener emails.

I guess kind of a preview of what to expect from little leaders next year. I know we talked about maybe doing some bonus stuff before the little leaders. Are you guys down? Sure hope so because that is what is happening.

Also, I know I'm just a corny dad, but it's the last episode of the year. And I do just want to say again, thank you all for your continuous support of cold leader.
