We got Les Brown and TD Jakes and Eric Thomas also known as E.T. the hip-hop preacher on the show today and this is a motivation

mix for those who aren't familiar and I think this is the last motivation mix I

ever made back in 2020 which is crazy because it feels like it was just yesterday and if you're new to the show

When I started this show back in 2016 maybe that first year or so I I would make these mixes.

So I would literally sit at home all day.

And when I say all day, I mean all day,

finding clips that had a particular theme.

And I would take those clips and I will lay them down on a musical track and we call them a motivation mix.

There are some some phenomenal ones that I made a long time ago and so do a search for a quote of the day show motivation mix

and you'll find some really good ones my favorite one this is everybody's

favorite one is quit quit quit Lisa Nichols and Les Brown and E.T.

And it's just Inky Johnson, it's an all-star lineup

and you will love it, especially when you're working out

or doing some cardio at the gym.

That is the one. but in this particular mix the guys are talking about

keeping your commitment to your commitments doing what you said you would do you know we're in March right now and I don't think anybody's

thinking about their New Year's resolution anymore. You did not keep your commitment to your

commitment and so allow this to be an in your face kind of reality check that it's time to get back up on your

horse.
