So this is a question that I've honestly been answering for over 20 years now.

Remember probably around 25 years, yes, it's been about 25 years hard to believe, where

So one of the things that I learned many, many years ago as a very young personal trainer

was the fear that a lot of people, many women, not wanting to lift weights because they

did not want to put on too much muscle.

And I totally got it, I understood where they were coming from, I knew the physique that

they were looking for, but I realized, and again, I knew this myself, just trying to put

on muscle myself, that muscle was not only not going to kind of just pour onto your body,
