of masculine wounds and three different types of feminine wounds and how they tie in to the

chakra system within your body. And I have a really exciting announcement as well. I'm going to be

hosting a two-day virtual workshop called Heal, which stands for harmonize and body activate love my previous retreat that was in

person got canceled and I had so many requests to do an online retreat so I'm

doing this two-day virtual workshop that is going to include inner child healing

guided meditations breath work work, cutting energetic cords,

masculine and feminine energy harmonization, and much more. This event is going to be live for ticket
