Every single person in the world out there, I believe, is looking for a better way to

The reason I say this is that you set goals for yourself in life, but oftentimes you find

yourself falling further and further behind.

The interesting thing as we've heard is we all have the same 24 hours a day.

And if we begin to subtract out eight hours, let's say for sleep, and maybe eight hours

for our workday, well, that's 16 hours of our day.

So now we have eight hours left and what are we doing with those eight hours?
