First, the fear of being without money motivates us to work hard. And then once we get that paycheck, greed or desire starts us thinking about all the wonderful things money can buy. The pattern is then set.

People's lives are forever controlled by two emotions, fear and greed. Offer them more money,

and they will continue the cycle by increasing their their spending this is what we call the rat race

Difference between rich and wealthy. I remember losing it all and I was just, I just had to do

something to earn income, right? And I remember I I sold a property I made like

$2,100 and I was like oh yes I can breathe okay now I'm going now I've got another

deal at 5,000 another deal at 7,000 another deal building building building I had

no intention of that time of buying any assets,

a buying real estate, of building wealth, any of that thing,
