1:07.1	So I'm Raina Mustard. I live in Utah and I have four children. So my first two were I had an epidural with my first. And my second, I had a beautiful, like my dream birth, right? Unmedicated. Everything was so perfect. And so I found out I was pregnant again and was really excited to have another natural birth.
1:28.7	And I went to my midwives and then there was two babies.
1:32.1	So we were super excited and shocked.
1:35.1	Then they said, okay, so we can't take care of you because in the state of Utah,
1:39.4	midwives can't deliver twins for twin pregnancy.
1:42.5	Was this also, was this a planned hospital or home birth? And was your
1:46.8	second hospital or home? So it had been a hospital birth with my last one. And I was hoping to be able to do
1:52.8	a home birth with this one. And I just went to my old midwife group who didn't do home births,
1:57.5	but, you know, just for the initial. And then I was going to start looking. I'm always curious to know how these laws get passed in states. Like, how did it come to be that
